Good rod, but the guides are rusting
I bought the 7' medium heavy from my local tackle shop less than a year ago. The rod fishes well and is built solid, but the guides are all starting to rust despite being rinsed after each use and stored inside.

Thank you for your feedback! We're glad to hear that your 7' Medium Heavy rod has been performing well, but we're sorry to hear about the rust developing on the guides despite proper care and storage.

Since your rod was purchased less than a year ago, it may be eligible for warranty assistance. We recommend contacting our Consumer Service team with your model information and proof of purchase so we can review the issue and determine what warranty options may be available.

We appreciate you bringing this to our attention and thank you for choosing our products!
