I ordered the Penn Battle IV Travel Combo for an upcoming fishing trip to San Diego and expected quality gear. Unfortunately, that’s not what I received.
The package arrived Friday, April 24th. The box was unusually large, and when I opened it, I found a Berkley Big Game rod (around a $30 value) instead of what I ordered. The rod also appeared to be used.
I contacted customer service immediately that same day, but their phone line was already closed. I followed up with emails, calls, and voicemails over the next few days and still received no response.

Just the right size for the trunk of my car and under the seat of the truck. Think I'll also purchase the 6000 too.
