My favorite!
I usually run Authority and Slammer reels at California surf, but Fierce is my go-to backup for surf fishing during maintenance. "What's more, Fierce is so lightweight that I use it for both surf and freshwater Bass fishing. Its versatility makes it one of my favorites."

This is my 4th penn fierce IV HT-100 I had bought a 7’ heavy ugly stiik rod and paired it with the penn fierce reel 4000, now heading out to the waters to toss that serious game whopper plopper 😆
