    Nice Product. No customer service!

    I am going to make another purchase but it probably will not be Penn. After3 generations of Penn loyalty I’m done! Can get someone to answer the phone or even reply to your online CS agent. This is not a cry for help. I have had this problem with the last 3 purchases.

    They will take your money but forget about any help after the sale. Move on! Find another brand not related to Penn!

    Penn grease & lubricant.
