I received a completely empty box at my door. I tried to call and email through the official website and I got no answer or reply’s. It’s been weeks since this incident so I decided to buy a rod somewhere else. Very disappointed and unsatisfied with the missing items and lack of communication. Would not recommend buying from this website at all.

I will start by saying I am 50 years old and have been in the customer service at my company for over 27 years. My gripe isn't with the 4 rods I purchased, they are great. My issue is just like a ton of others. The customer service or the non existence of customer service. I tried for hours and hours calling customer service and no answer. I left messages with my info for a call back and no reply. I emailed and no reply for days. Absolute garbage service. Then when i did get a reply it was not a call like i requested it was an email that basically said were busy sorry we didn't reply sooner. They never asked if my issue was resolved or if I still needed assistance. If your wanting a good product without ever getting to use customer service for warranty issues then this is perfect.
