The PENN Pursuit III LE spinning combos are available in a range of sizes, from 2500 to size 5000 spinning reels. Paired with graphite composite rod blanks to produce a stylish, durable, and affordable fish-taming set-up. The reel features an ultra lightweight, corrosion-resistant graphite body, our proven HT-100 drag system, a 4+1 stainless steal bearing system, a lower gear ratio for increased torque and ergonomic WINN grips. Utilizing smaller, more ergonomic WINN grips in key locations, the Pursuit III LE is a great option for saltwater anglers.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from LE apparently stands for LADIES EDITION... I just read on a retailers website that LE apparently stands for LADIES EDITION... Look men don't trip over that. This reel is smooth.! I bought the 2500LE combo and it cast like a dream. Take a chance of the LE you won't regret it.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great reel I bought one last week for my wife and I ended up using it. This is honestly one of the smoothest reels I have ever used. Perfect for Spanish mackerel or any fish that size, but I wouldn't hesitate to put it against anything under 20 pounds.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from She loves it! I bought this aqua Pursuit III LE Combo about a month ago so my wife wouldn't have to rent at the pier. We strung it with high-vis yellow Power Pro Super Slick 30 lb and it casts a mile! The colors look good together and she seems to be proud of it. The lower gear ratio and the longer crank handle give her more power to reel in the catch. We look forward to many more days fishing together now!
